Consent to the processing of personal data

for processing passenger (client) personal data for transportation purposes

I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") to Aero Nomad Airlines Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as "Operator"), established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, located at: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Tashkumyrskaya str., 17, for the purpose of fulfilling air transportation contracts, one of the parties to which is the personal data subject — passenger (client), and providing additional services during air transportation (including meals, special conditions during air transportation, forced ticket refund for medical reasons of the passenger, passenger accommodation in hotels, etc.).

The Operator has the right to perform the following actions with and without automation: collection, analysis, search, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (access), blocking, deletion, destruction of my personal data listed below (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"):

2.1. surname, first name, patronymic;

2.2. gender;

2.3. date of birth;

2.4. identity document number (passport/international passport/birth certificate/military ID/military transportation document);

2.5. validity period of identity document;

2.6. booking code (PNR);

2.7. unique e-ticket number;

2.8. visa number (for international travel) when filled in by user in personal account;

2.9. country of visa issuance (for international travel) when filled in by user in personal account;

2.10. date and place of visa issuance (for international travel) when filled in by user in personal account;

2.11. visa validity period (for international travel) when filled in by user in personal account;

2.12. country of visa validity (for international travel) when filled in by user in personal account;

2.13. country and place of birth (for international travel) when filled in by user in personal account;

2.14. residential address (country, city);

2.15. contact phone number;

2.16. email address;

2.17. departure point;

2.18. destination point;

2.19. route type (direct, transit);

2.20. travel date;

2.21. loyalty program member number;

2.22. meal preference.

The Operator has the right to involve third parties in the processing of Personal Data by entrusting third parties with the processing of Personal Data. Third parties may be involved in Personal Data processing only if such parties process Personal Data in the minimum necessary scope and exclusively to achieve the purpose of Personal Data processing provided for by the Consent, and provided that such parties ensure confidentiality and security of Personal Data during processing (in case of non-compliance by third parties with these conditions, such parties shall be liable based on their contractual obligations to the Operator and (or) in accordance with applicable personal data legislation).

The Consent is valid from the date of signing until the stated processing purposes are achieved.

By giving Consent, I confirm that I act freely, of my own will and in my own interest.

I have the right to receive information regarding the processing of my Personal Data, to request their clarification, blocking or destruction if such personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for achieving the purposes of Personal Data processing provided for by the Consent. I have the right to withdraw the Consent. The rights specified in this paragraph may be exercised by sending a request to the Operator at: help@aeronomad.kg in electronic document form.

The request sent to the Operator must contain the following information:

7.1. information about the applicant (surname, first name, patronymic, residential address, name and number of the main identity document, information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority);

7.2. information confirming the fact that the applicant gave the Operator consent to process personal data (name of consent, date of Consent, description of circumstances of giving Consent and (or) other information about Consent);

7.3. description of the subject of the request (request for access to Personal Data; request for clarification, blocking or destruction of Personal Data; withdrawal of Consent);

7.4. date of request and signature of the applicant.

In case of my withdrawal of Consent, the Operator shall have the right to continue processing all or some Personal Data without Consent to exercise and fulfill the functions, powers and duties assigned to the Operator by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator and (or) third parties, provided that my rights and freedoms are not violated.

By checking the checkbox "I have read and agree to the terms of use of personal data" I confirm:

9.1. that I give the Operator my specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous Consent as described above;

9.2. that the Personal Data I provide to the Operator and (or) persons authorized by it are accurate, complete and up-to-date at the time of their provision;

9.3. that the Consent (its copies) and (or) description of circumstances of my giving Consent may be provided by the Operator to third parties as evidence of the fact that the Operator received Consent from me.
